Stonington High School Continues Support of Global Playground

Stonington High School, located in southeastern Connecticut, continues its strong support of Global Playground. The school's Global Playground club, the first of its kind in the United States, recently netted $100 for Global Playground by selling "personalized" pumpkins to teachers and students.

The club's next fundraiser will involve the sale and delivery of candy-cane pencils, with personal notes attached, during the holiday season.

The club arose because teachers at the school decided to take advantage of the numerous opportunities to supplement their lesson plans through Global Playground's connections around the globe. Check out those opportunities here.
