Global Playground, Inc.

Global Playground, a type B nonprofit corporation organized under the Not-for-Profit Law of New York, is a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organization incorporated in New York, New York.  The IRS determination letter granting Global Playground, Inc. tax-exempt status is publicly available (Download the PDF file).

Pursuant to section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code, donations to Global Playground, Inc. are tax-deductible for federal income tax purposes up to fifty percent of an individual’s adjusted gross income.  Donors will receive a tax-deductible receipt acknowledging their contribution.
